Промјене окружења, нова тржишта и стратегије захтијевају стално унапре- ђивање система мјерења перформанси предузећа. Ефективно мјерење перфо- рманси је од кључне важности за успјешну имплементацију стратегије предузећа, његов развој и опстанак у савременој економији. Данас је нагласак на мјерењу свих области дјеловања предузећа, за шта је потребан широк обим финансијских и нефинансијских индикатора. Како савремено управљање организацијом подразумијева управљање њеним процесима, остварење циљева организације зависи од успјешности њених процеса. Успјешност процеса, односно способност процеса да испуне циљеве организације се мјери помоћу дефинисаних кључних идентификатора перформанси.

Simulation in the production process represents the implementation of processes in real-time and space. Current trends are heading towards the implementation and expansion of various types of automated delivery systems in many industrial enterprises. These efforts are supported by requirements to increase reliability, reduce operating costs and time as well as meet operational schedules. The present article pays attention to the use of simulations, which are supporting tools in ensuring the operation of the production process, focusing on the evaluation and planning of the material flow. The first part of the paper presents a theoretical description of problems in the area of application of simulation tools in the production process with a subsequent focus on material flow analysis. The core of the paper presents a description of the analysis of approaches to material flow assessment, using supportive simulation tools in line with the ideas of business digitization. At the end of the article, the overall evaluation and summary of the issue are described.

The goal of this research is to determine possibility of investing individual personal financial assets in investments funds in Republic of Srpska and does households have financial assets that can be invested. In this research capital market of Republic of Srpska is represented, the structure and organization of Banja Luka Stock Exchange, and legal framework for investment fund management companies. The volume of activity in investment funds is shown in presentation of activity Banja Luka Stock Exchange, following with the assumed reasons of current status.

Even though pesticides constitute a very essential component of improved and modern agriculture, the abuse of pesticides has brought substantial poisoning worldwide, especially in developing countries. This review investigates the possible sources by which people are exposed to pesticides worldwide and the impact on their livelihood. The group who often are exposed to these chemicals includes, farm workers, children, farmers, and family members who have direct link to the pesticide application sites as well as persons who are exposed to these pesticides through the domestic use of waterbodies and consumption of foodstuff or crops sprayed with these pesticides. Central to this review is the critical discussions of the different scientific research findings on health effects and risks related to pesticides usage. Again, organophosphates and organochlorines pesticides are found in most of the pesticide contaminated sites and can remain in soil and waterbodies for a longtime. This work has also provided cases of incidence of carcinogenicity in humans, as a result of pesticides use. We concluded that, breeding or developing insect tolerant or resistant crops may curb the profuse use of pesticides in agriculture.

The research was carried out from April to July 2019, in Republika of Srpska. The sample was suitable. It was made up of
294 respondents aged between 15 and 73. The average age of the respondents was 22,92 years. Male respondents numbered 120 or 40,82%, and females 174 or 59.18%. Independent variables are gender and age. The dependent variable is the level of the cognitive component of the social attitude. Milosavljevic's Skala PARADOKHIP & BM-2006-02-26 was used to examine the levels of cognitive component of the social attitude. The aim of the research was to verify the hypothesis about the paradoxical Relationship of cognition and non-cognition in the cognitive component of the social attitude, according to which a greater scope of the cognitive component of the social attitude corresponds to an even greater extent of the experience of non-cognition (not-knowing) and vice versa. It has been confirmed that the greater scope of cognition in the cognitive component of the social attitude corresponds to an even greater extent of the experience of noncognition, regardless of the gender of the respondents. With the aging, there is also a growing awareness that a greater scope of cognition in the cognitive component of the social attitude corresponds to an even greater extent of the experience of noncognition, and the existence of statistical significance (p<.05) has been confirmed between the categories of subjects aged 15- 18 and 24-73.

The paper examines the current state and the possibilities of using contemporary approaches and tools in HelpDesk systems development with the aim to examine its disadvantages. Disadvantages are accurately analyzed and the paper gives clear guidance how to eliminate them. It has been noticed that current design and development approaches have their own advantages and disadvantages. The application of the unified approach that combines the best individual characteristics of the existing approaches enables development of an automated HelpDesk system that is capable of expanding its own expertise. By combining unified aspect approach with the zero tolerance model driven approach, a new innovative approach to the development of a wide range of expert systems is obtained. This innovative approach is characterized by the highest possible degree of modularity. The application of the aforementioned approaches has also enabled expansion and improvement of the existing expert systems used for servicing numerous companies operating in various fields of business.

It is beyond any doubt that victims of human rights violations are rarely in position to initiate court proceedings fighting systematic discrimination themselves, which makes the role of human rights institutions indispensable. This specific mandate gives rise to numerous questions, such as: to what extent state institution takes the role of the legal representative, what capacities should it possess, on what basis it selects the cases meriting court intervention, is court intervention equally suitable in all areas of human rights protection and which analyzed model from Europe or wider has proved to be the most effective? Article offers analysis of court interventions in federal states with complex government structure and multiple institutions mandated with human rights protection, be it Ombudsmen Institution or Equality Body, court interventions in states with single human rights institution, comparative practice present in various European states, as well as interventions of human rights bodies before European tribunals. Author outlines the legal framework, human resources, and administrative structure that need to be provided, so that court interventions would have the desired effect and generate positive changes. In this process, it is of paramount importance to respect existing legal traditions and intrinsic practices, which proved their practical applicability over time, while any attempt to use legal transplants, with a goal of hastily unification of national legal orders and imposing transnational jurisdiction, can only produce confusion and countereffects.

U radu će biti izvršena komparativna analiza vodećih ERP sistema otvorenog koda. Na početku će biti opisan pojam ERP sistema otvorenog koda, prednosti i nedostaci u odnosu na vlasničke ERP sisteme sa aspekta fleksibilnosti, cene proizvoda, troškova održavanja i korisničke podrške. Biće izvršena analiza faktora koji imaju uticaj na opredeljenje za ERP sisteme otvorenog koda i komparacija četiri rešenja - Compiere, ADempiere, Odoo i Openbravo. Za svaki od njih biće prikazane funkcionalnosti, korišćene tehnologije, prednosti i nedostaci upotrebe. Nakonprikaza svakog od rešenja biće izvršeno njihovo poređenje po različitim kriterijumima sa ciljem olakšavanja procesa odlučivanja i odabira optimalnog ERP sistema. Neki od kriterijuma poređenja biće funkcionalnosti, korišćena tehnologija, cena proizvoda, troškovi održavanja, korisnička podrška i kastomizacija. Na kraju rada biće iznet zaključak kao sumarni rezultat istraživanja.

Upravljanje bankarskim resursima je složeno i zavisi od više faktora. Stoga pojedinačni faktor, bez obzira koliko bio značajan, nije dovoljan da se racionalno upravlja ovim resursima. S obzirom da su resursi banke različiti i da ih sve nije moguće, niti potrebno držati pod kontrolom, banka se obično koncentriše na njihove najznačajnije kategorije. S tim u vezi banka mora prvo da definiše poslovnu politiku kao sredstvo za ostvarivanje postavljenih ciljeva, budući da njih nije moguće ostvariti ako se racionalno ne upravlja bankarskim resursima. Osim internih faktora, bankamora da respektira makroekonomske okolnosti i institucionalni okvir monetarne politike i faktore koji djeluju na fokusiranom tržišnom segmentu. Poslovna politika banke mora biti prilagodljiva i efikasna, ali i da odražava stabilnost, što podrazumijeva da se poštuju faze u njenom donošenju i da se pravilno kvantificiraju unutrašnji faktori, a vanjski anticipiraju. S obzirom da su veličina banke i geografski obuhvat primarnih plasmana, organizacija, planiranje i drugi elementi poslovanja u ingerenciji nosilaca upravljanja bankarskim resursima, oni su sa internog aspekta posmatrano ključni elementi za definiranje poslovne politike banke.

Razvojem informatičkih tehnologija, potreba za prenosom podataka zahtijevala je konstantno širenje kanala za prenos podataka i komunikaciju. Širenje interneta dovelo je do integracije različitih komunikacijskih servisa kao što su npr. video komunikacija, radio, TV. Samim time se generisala i velika količina podataka. U početku su prenosni mediji bili bakreni kablovi koji su podržavali prenos relativno malog prometa, dok u današnjici sve veću ulogu preuzimaju optički kablovi. Namjena optičkih komunikacijskih sistema jeste prenos signala velikim brzinama na velike udaljenosti, putemoptičkih veza. Za razliku od aktivnih komponenti koji se nalaze na strani operatera, korisnik kako bi uspostavio optičku mrežu, zahtijeva samo pasivne elemente. Razvoj optike doveo je do podjele udaljenosti postavljanja optičke topologije, tako se je pojavio FTTx.
