ANALYSIS OF RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN TEACHERS' ATTITUDES ON CHANGES IN EDUCATION, IDENTIFICATION WITH SCHOOL AND JOB SATISFACTION IN SCHOOL
The extent to which changes in the education system are driven by external economic and social systems and internal
factors of the education system is an open question that has yet to be answered after detailed analysis and research. Job satisfaction at school can influence the formation of positive attitudes, and cannot be excluded from the examination of individual attitudes about changes in the organization. Identification with the school represents a particularly significant form of positive attitudes of employees at the school, it has positive personal consequences in terms of better professional advancement, and therefore better performance of work. The research sample has elements of a multi-stage opportunity with elements of random selection, because a survey was conducted of teachers in the schools on Republika of Srpska, who were present at the sessions of the teaching-departmental council (n=400) at the time of the survey. The obtained data (analysis of responses on the scale of general and specific attitudes about changes and factor analysis) show that although teachers manifest a positive general attitude about changes in education, it should be noted that certain aspects of changes are latently perceived as negative. The general attitude about changes in education is statistically significantly positively related to identification with the school (r=.477, p<.001) and with job satisfaction at the school (r=.225, p<.001). Also, the results showed statistically significant differences in some special attitudes about changes in education with regard to the degree of identification with the school (perception of the outcome of changes in education χ²=16.869, df=2, p=.000 and readiness for additional education, χ²= 6.146, df=2, p=.046), while there are no such differences when it comes to being informed about changes and willingness to engage in changes. Furthermore, the results showed statistically significant differences in some special attitudes about changes in education with regard to job satisfaction at school (perception of the outcome of changes, χ²=32.081, df = 2, r=.000, awareness of changes χ²=14.259, df =2, r=.001 and readiness for additional education in order to improve one's own competencies χ²=8.621, df=2, p=.013). individual and on changes in society as a whole. From the aspect of changes in the individual itself, it is not so much a problem to establish what it is that moves some individuals and hinders others in the process of change, as much as it is a problem find a way to use the obtained data in a practical sense: what, how and why to change.

SOCIAL MEDIA IN THE SHIPPING INDUSTRY: THE INTENSITY AND CONTENT OF THE MARKETING ACTIVITIES
In today’s modern shipping business environment, there is a shift from traditional to digital marketing. Social media has the most significant potential for companies to reach consumers; thus, this paper aims to discover the intensity and content of the marketing activities of shipping companies through social media. Two different types of companies, the container and multi-purpose ones, are the objects of research, primarily analyzed based on the number of followers, posts, likes, comments, and shares on social media.
The results show the highest intensity of Facebook usage for shipping companies. It was also discovered that shipping companies actively use Facebook, and this form of online representation is considered more precise regarding brand awareness and public engagement. The content analysis revealed that shipping companies have no intention of selling services using social media. Namely, there are limited network-building or customer relationship efforts, but activities in Corporate Social Responsibility activities, Employee Brand Management, and Sustainability increase.
The paper revealed that shipping companies use digital marketing toward the internal public and employees, increasing marketing and human resource management activities.
This paper opens up the possibilities of a more significant application of marketing in the shipping industry, bearing in mind the trends of digitization of maritime operational processes and supply chains.

MARKET RESEARCH AS A STARTER OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF REHABILITATION ENTERPRISES
The word rehabilitation is of Latin origin (sanacio) and means treatment, from the point of view of the economy of the company, rehabilitation means economic and technical-organizational measures that should contribute to the recovery of the company, in the sense of making it liquid and profitable again. A company is considered sick if, in the long run, it is unable to meet its obligations and operates at a loss. The causes of the disease can be external and internal. Financial difficulties, manifested in illiquidity and unprofitability, cause the need for rehabilitation. Initiation of remediation presupposes remediation eligibility, which exists if permanent recovery of the company is possible. Determining the suitability of rehabilitation involves examination and selection of measures, the implementation of which ensures the permanent recovery of the company, in the sense of re-establishing the financial balance and returning to the profit zone.
This paper explores the food industry business market as an example, highlighting the key role of market research in successful economic recovery. Through this example, market research becomes a fundamental framework for identifying the changes that a company needs to implement in its operations in order to become more competitive. The example will show the market research of companies from the food industry. There is no successful economic rehabilitation without market research. This example can serve as a framework for market research, which provides answers to the question of what the company needs to change in its business in order to be more successful than the competition. The research results have significant implications for managers, experts and political decision-makers, providing them with information necessary for effective management of financial crises and ensuring the stability of companies, as well as a faster understanding of the competitive business environment.

THE ASSESSMENT OF THE FILAMENT EXTRUDER EQUIPMENT FOR 3D PRINTING METHOD
The objective of this study is to allow a better understanding of the role of industry 4.0 technologies, especially filament extrusion technology in the reduction of costs, environmental impact, energy consumption, and the possibility to expand the range of printable materials. The study focuses on the desktop Filament Extruders available in the market now, where these machines are assessed and future possible modifications for these apparatuses are presented. The research leading to the publication of this study consists of a review of the existing literature, in addition, information from different extruders manufacturers’ websites has been used. The study has demonstrated that the extrusion of material at home is still not an exact science, and the process ends up costing the user large sums of money over time. However, there are still limitations to the use of this technology such as the lack of standardized extrusion settings, the necessity of pre-drying the pellets, and the complexity of the extruder cleaning process after each use.

OFFERING SERVICES BASED ON DATA WAREHOUSE AS A NEW TREND IN THE WORK OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
The subject of the research is the analysis of services that should be offered by public administration toward legal entities and natural persons. We will suggest that it uses real-time intelligent IT systems based on data storage based on the data warehouse. Our opinion is that such systems implemented in the public administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina could offer an appropriate service to each user at a time when they need the service in a form that suits them, on the spot where he is in the moment of delivery and in the quantity that he needs. In order for a public administration to be able to offer an appropriate service, it must know its users much better and know which service they need at what time. In this paper, we analyze self-service as well as the necessary activities for all that. These are all activities that should be carried out in the future, and this work could contribute to the implementation of these processes.

GENDER DIFFERENCES OF SOCIOSEXUAL ORIENTATION IN THE CONTEXT OF PERSONALITY TRAITS
Sociosexuality is a term that explains differences in individuals ’willingness to engage in sexual intercourse without intimacy, fidelity, and other determinants of emotional connection. The aim of this study was to examine how the dimensions of personality traits are related to sociosexual orientation in women and men in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The research was conducted on a sample of 430 respondents, aged 18 to 71 from BiH. Data were collected using three instruments: the Socio-Demographic Questionnaire, the Big Five Plus Two Personality Trait Questionnaire (VP + 2) and the Sociosexual Orientation (SOI) Questionnaire. Adequate statistical methods were used to estimate the difference between the group and the computational correlation. The results partially confirmed the hypotheses. Men are less restrictive than women and their liberality contributes to aggression, negative and positive valence. Women are noticeably restrictive, the personality dimensions associated with it are conscientiousness and negative valence.

B&H CITIZENS’ PERCEPTION AND ATTITUDES ABOUT CORRUPTION IN THE WORKPLACE
Corruption is undoubtedly present everywhere in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in all pores of society and on an increasing scale. The fight against corruption is a great challenge for the most developed countries in the world. Therefore, it is not surprising that Bosnia and Herzegovina, burdened by political problems and poverty, finds it difficult to find effective mechanisms to combat this extremely negative phenomenon. The reasons for poor results in the prosecution of corrupt crimes range from the very nature of the phenomenon of corruption, which is shrouded in secrecy due to the interests of participants, which makes it difficult to disclose, to insufficiently good institutional and legal solutions. The aim of this paper is to determine the awareness of B&H citizens about corruption in the workplace and the way they relate to corruption in everyday life, but also to analyze the performance of state institutions in preventing and combating corruption. Based on the defined problem to be investigated and the set goals, the methodology used during the research was determined. The scientific-research character of this paper is based on the analysis of relevant scientific literature and modern sources using the methods of examination, methods of analysis, methods of comparison, methods of description and methods of deduction.
