CLIMATE VARIABILITY AND CHANGE IMPACTS ON VEHICULAR FUEL CONSUMPTION AND EMISSIONS – A SYSTEMATIC OVERVIEW IN AFRICA
Increasing energy demand has become a major issue of concern globally. Addressing the issue requires the sustainable development of the transportation sector of every nation. Sustainable transport system will meet basic and developmental needs while ensuring equity within and between generations. Fuel consumption and emissions are key issues of importance when considering the sustainability of road transportation. In order to actualize the SDGs, overarching factors impacting on transport vehicle fuel consumption and emissions should not be compromised. Weather being one of such factors is understudied especially in Africa based on the authors knowledge from literature. Consequently, the review accentuates on how weather parameters affect fuel consumption and emissions throwing more light on similar studies that have already been conducted to facilitate replicability in Africa. ‘Google scholar and Scopus’ were used to obtain relevant literature database from 2000-2022. In total, 111 articles were systematically reviewed, out of which 41 were from Europe, 38 from America, 23 from Asia and 7 from Africa. Among the weather parameters reviewed, temperature was the most pronounced with percentage share of 46 % followed by air pressure 16%, precipitation 15%, humidity 12%, wind 11%. All the weather factors strongly impacted on vehicular fuel consumption and its concomitant greenhouse gases emissions based on the results depicted by the review. Climate variability and change is detrimental to fuel consumption and emissions and should not be overemphasized when making road transport policies and decisions.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ATTITUDES OF THE LOCAL POPULATION FOR THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE CITY OF MALINSKA
Tourism began to grow relatively slowly throughout history, starting in the middle of the 20th century. Today, tourism as a whole has imposed itself as one of the most propulsive economic activities. For the Republic of Croatia, where tourism accounts for more than a fifth of the GDP of the national economy. The aim of this work is focused on the presentation of the potential and concept of tourism development of island tourism with an emphasis on the island of Krk, i.e., its most developed municipality of Malinska. The paper conducted an empirical investigation of local residents’ attitudes about the elements of the tourism offer in the municipality of Malinska and the impact of tourism on its development. The purpose of this research, in the interpretation of the obtained results, is to find relevant answers at the level of the tourist destination of Malinska about the attitude of the local population towards tourism, towards phenomena in the environment of importance for tourism, towards the development of the tourist destination and the assessment of the offer and quality of the tourist offer. The general results of the research led to the conclusion that the tourism of the mentioned destination has progressed, but that there is still room for progress and development of the offer in order to build a more competitive and market-recognizable tourist product.

SOCIAL MEDIA IN THE SHIPPING INDUSTRY: THE INTENSITY AND CONTENT OF THE MARKETING ACTIVITIES
In today’s modern shipping business environment, there is a shift from traditional to digital marketing. Social media has the most significant potential for companies to reach consumers; thus, this paper aims to discover the intensity and content of the marketing activities of shipping companies through social media. Two different types of companies, the container and multi-purpose ones, are the objects of research, primarily analyzed based on the number of followers, posts, likes, comments, and shares on social media.
The results show the highest intensity of Facebook usage for shipping companies. It was also discovered that shipping companies actively use Facebook, and this form of online representation is considered more precise regarding brand awareness and public engagement. The content analysis revealed that shipping companies have no intention of selling services using social media. Namely, there are limited network-building or customer relationship efforts, but activities in Corporate Social Responsibility activities, Employee Brand Management, and Sustainability increase.
The paper revealed that shipping companies use digital marketing toward the internal public and employees, increasing marketing and human resource management activities.
This paper opens up the possibilities of a more significant application of marketing in the shipping industry, bearing in mind the trends of digitization of maritime operational processes and supply chains.

ANALYSIS OF RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN TEACHERS' ATTITUDES ON CHANGES IN EDUCATION, IDENTIFICATION WITH SCHOOL AND JOB SATISFACTION IN SCHOOL
The extent to which changes in the education system are driven by external economic and social systems and internal
factors of the education system is an open question that has yet to be answered after detailed analysis and research. Job satisfaction at school can influence the formation of positive attitudes, and cannot be excluded from the examination of individual attitudes about changes in the organization. Identification with the school represents a particularly significant form of positive attitudes of employees at the school, it has positive personal consequences in terms of better professional advancement, and therefore better performance of work. The research sample has elements of a multi-stage opportunity with elements of random selection, because a survey was conducted of teachers in the schools on Republika of Srpska, who were present at the sessions of the teaching-departmental council (n=400) at the time of the survey. The obtained data (analysis of responses on the scale of general and specific attitudes about changes and factor analysis) show that although teachers manifest a positive general attitude about changes in education, it should be noted that certain aspects of changes are latently perceived as negative. The general attitude about changes in education is statistically significantly positively related to identification with the school (r=.477, p<.001) and with job satisfaction at the school (r=.225, p<.001). Also, the results showed statistically significant differences in some special attitudes about changes in education with regard to the degree of identification with the school (perception of the outcome of changes in education χ²=16.869, df=2, p=.000 and readiness for additional education, χ²= 6.146, df=2, p=.046), while there are no such differences when it comes to being informed about changes and willingness to engage in changes. Furthermore, the results showed statistically significant differences in some special attitudes about changes in education with regard to job satisfaction at school (perception of the outcome of changes, χ²=32.081, df = 2, r=.000, awareness of changes χ²=14.259, df =2, r=.001 and readiness for additional education in order to improve one's own competencies χ²=8.621, df=2, p=.013). Desirable changes in this area Stanar, S. (2023). Analiza relacija između stavova nastavnika o promjenama u obrazovanju,
identifikacije sa školom i zadovoljstva poslom u školi. STED Journal, 5(2), 1-19. STED Journal 5(2). November 2023. Journal homepage: https://stedj-univerzitetpim.com/en/homepage/ 19 need to be focused both on changes in the
individual and on changes in society as a whole. From the aspect of changes in the individual itself, it is not so much a problem to establish what it is that moves some individuals and hinders others in the process of change, as much as it is a problem find a way to use the obtained data in a practical sense: what, how and why to change.

DENTAL IMPLANT MATERIAL (POLYETHERETHERKETONE, TITANIUM AND ITS ALLOYS, ZIRCONIA)
The goal of this article is to inform the reader of three distinct types of biomedical materials applied in the production of dental implants, focusing on characteristics and categorizations of biomaterials based on: titanium (Ti + its alloys), commercially manufactured synthetic polymers (polyetheretherketone) and ceramic materials (zirconium dioxide). Considering the development and construction of implants, specific material requirements are named (mechanical properties), corrosion resistance, compatibility, morphology, etc. Each of these materials represents a specific group of biomedical materials and has a number of advantages. However, in relation to the differences in their nature (metal, plastic, ceramic base), it is necessary to approach the choice of material for dental implants with respect to the specific implant design and the patient’s health limitations.

TESTING OF SMALL HOUSEHOLD BIOMASS BOILERS FROM THE ASPECT OF WASTE GAS EMISSIONS
The use of biomass for energetic purposes is actual issue from different aspect of views, such as economy, used technologies, combustion specifications, environmental issues, etc. Different types of biomass are available on the market today. During the combustion process in furnaces, these types of biomass behave differently due to their specific physicochemical properties. In this research, used biomass types were wood biomass, soybean straw and chamomile waste from medicinal herbs processing. Pellet combustion was performed in a commercial furnace that was designed to heat the living space by burning wood pellets. Furnace was installed with measurement system for emissions of combustion products. The current law regulation of the Republic of Srpska in the field of environmental protection does not include testing of emissions of combustion products for plants with power less than 100 kW. In this research, the influence of pellet type on concentrations of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides was investigated, as well as the volume content of oxygen in the waste gas for plants with power less than 100 kW. Also, it was investigated whether the addition of additives (clay, kaolinite, bentonite), used to improve the melting characteristics of ash, has an effect on reducing the emission of combustion products. The results obtained by measuring the gas emissions are compared with the standard EN 14785 which is related to the emission of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides. During this research, characteristic of ash left after combustion of tested pellets was examined. According to these examinations, it can be pointed out that potential problems can occur when burning these types of pellets in small household heating furnaces.

OFFERING SERVICES BASED ON DATA WAREHOUSE AS A NEW TREND IN THE WORK OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
The subject of the research is the analysis of services that should be offered by public administration toward legal entities and natural persons. We will suggest that it uses real-time intelligent IT systems based on data storage based on the data warehouse. Our opinion is that such systems implemented in the public administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina could offer an appropriate service to each user at a time when they need the service in a form that suits them, on the spot where he is in the moment of delivery and in the quantity that he needs. In order for a public administration to be able to offer an appropriate service, it must know its users much better and know which service they need at what time. In this paper, we analyze self-service as well as the necessary activities for all that. These are all activities that should be carried out in the future, and this work could contribute to the implementation of these processes.

GENDER DIFFERENCES OF SOCIOSEXUAL ORIENTATION IN THE CONTEXT OF PERSONALITY TRAITS
Sociosexuality is a term that explains differences in individuals ’willingness to engage in sexual intercourse without intimacy, fidelity, and other determinants of emotional connection. The aim of this study was to examine how the dimensions of personality traits are related to sociosexual orientation in women and men in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The research was conducted on a sample of 430 respondents, aged 18 to 71 from BiH. Data were collected using three instruments: the Socio-Demographic Questionnaire, the Big Five Plus Two Personality Trait Questionnaire (VP + 2) and the Sociosexual Orientation (SOI) Questionnaire. Adequate statistical methods were used to estimate the difference between the group and the computational correlation. The results partially confirmed the hypotheses. Men are less restrictive than women and their liberality contributes to aggression, negative and positive valence. Women are noticeably restrictive, the personality dimensions associated with it are conscientiousness and negative valence.
